QuietDoor Docs

Account and Access

Manage team access, participant links, and sign-in expectations.

QuietDoor keeps team workspace access separate from participant self-service.

Team Members

Team members sign in to manage the workspace. Invite each person with the email address they should use for QuietDoor.

If someone opens an invitation with the wrong account, ask them to sign out and accept it again with the invited email.

Roles

Use roles to control what each team member can do. People who only need to review or work an event should not receive settings or member-management access unless they need it.

Participants

Applicants and volunteers do not need to become team members. They can use edit or withdrawal links for the specific action they need, and signed-in participants can review their own activity from My activity.

Participants should not see staff notes, private review details, workspace settings, or unrelated activity.

Application edit links and volunteer withdrawal links are meant for narrow participant actions. Share them with the participant who owns the submission.

If someone reports a lost link, resend it from the workspace rather than sharing private workspace pages.
